To best meet our clients’ needs, we offer three levels of implementation programs: the Planned Giving Foundation plan; the Launch-a-Program plan; and the Launch and Implementation Partnership plan.

Planned Giving Foundation
Duration: 30–45 days
Designed for institutions considering planned giving but uncertain where to begin.
Includes:
- Initial institutional assessment
- Leadership interviews
- Review of existing donor data and fundraising practices
- Preliminary donor identification strategy
- Written recommendations
- Prioritized 12-month implementation roadmap
Does not include: Detailed procedures, legacy society development, staff training, or communications production.
This provides an affordable entry point and allows institutions to assess their readiness to implement a planned giving program, together with a plan for doing that.
Launch-a-Program
Duration: 90-120 days
For institutions ready to establish a sustainable planned giving program without adding a full-time planned giving position.
At the conclusion of the engagement, you will have the essential strategy, procedures, and communications framework necessary to begin actively identifying, cultivating, and stewarding planned giving prospects.
Includes:
- Comprehensive readiness assessment
- 12-month strategic plan
- Donor identification and segmentation framework
- Gift acceptance policies and procedures review
- Legacy society framework
- 12-month communications plan
- Two staff training sessions
- Final leadership presentation
Launch and Implementation Partnership
Duration: 120–180 days
This package is particularly attractive to institutions that have little planned giving expertise and limited staff capacity. At the end of this engagement, you will have a functioning planned giving program with trained officers, communications materials, and webpage copy.
Includes everything in Tier 2, plus selected implementation assistance:

- Additional gift officer training
- Planned giving webpage copy
- Legacy society introductory materials
- Donor communications templates
- Leadership coaching
